EXCELLENT Based on 161 reviews Posted on Mo_Wid_5227 April 2026Verified Definitely recommend Had a wonderful week on Mull, scenery and wildlife amazing. Laura is an excellent guide with extensive knowledge and local stories. Stevens provides fantastically delicious lunches, particularly the buffet on our last day. Would definitely recommend.Posted on nigelmedgull5924 April 2026Verified Marvellous Mull Magic ! Spent a brilliant week on Mull with Laura & Stevens for our 40th wedding anniversary. Highlights for us were seeing 7 juvenile White Tailed Eagles; Golden Eagles (one came past at head height); multiple Manx Shearwaters; Puffins, Razorbills & Fulmars on Lunga; boat trips to Iona, Lunga/Staffa. Allison & her team at the Glenforsa Hotel were also very welcoming & friendly. Recommended !Posted on NorthStar6223619557121 April 2026Verified Magnificent Mull Very well organised trip. Weather wasn't great so they expertly juggled the trips accordingly. Laura was an excellent knowlegeable guide who knew exactly where to look for illusive wildlife. The eagles were spectacular. We loved Iona the Abbey is magical. Stevens made fabulous packed lunches, catering to everyones needs. A lovely experience all round.Posted on Dorothy I19 April 2026Verified Mull wildlife adventure. We had a lovely week exploring the wildlife of Mull lead by our knowledgeable guide Laura. Traveling in her comfortable and roomy minibus we covered the island stopping at enchanting beaches, Celtic rainforests, and rocky outcrops to view the amazing wildlife on the Island. Amongst the highlights we saw a gang of seven juvenile whitetail eagles hanging out together, snipe drumming to entice a mate, and golden eagles being chased away by very raucous ravens. Lunchtime was pretty amazing too with food provided by Stevens, Laura’s fiancé, business partner and accomplished chief. From buffet spreads with bubbles to langoustine wraps, the food was scrumptious and beautifully presented. A lovely treat each day. Our favourite day trip was a bouncy boat ride out to Lunga to view the newly arrived puffins, razorbills, guillemots and kittiwakes. Such an immersive and connecting experience.Posted on Shelagh B19 April 2026Verified A bird-filled Break I have just got back from my Wildlife Break in Mull and I had a wonderful time. We saw a huge number of birds including a golden eagle and several white-tailed eagles. The day on Lunga with the puffins was amazing. We also had a day in Tobermory, which is such an attractive town. The company and the food were very good especially the packed lunches, cooked by an expert chef. I recommend it to anyone.Posted on Mgdelima196612 November 2025Verified Amazing experience and very professional and friendly guide! My wife Annie, son Thiago and I had a fantastic time on Mull, especially because of Laura's exceptional knowledge of the island and where to find the "big five". Everything was well planned, and the packed lunches prepared by Stevens were excellent. Our group was lovely too. We very much enjoyed our time together with Fiona, Ernie, Nerys and her son Gruffydd, and Alun. I think about Mull a lot since then, and I hope to go back soon!Posted on Debra A2 October 2025Verified Highly recommend We recently joined Laura on a wildlife excursion and we must say it was a great experience. Laura is a wildlife enthusiast and her knowledge of the wildlife and scenery is impressive. There is a reason why her reviews are excellent. We were very lucky with the weather during our break and our group of 8 were very friendly and good company. We were fortunate to see Otters these were the highlight of the trip. We also saw dolphins, minke whale, gannets, razorbill, hen harrier, white tailed eagle from a distance, seals and pups, various waders, waterfalls, beautiful beaches and Fingal’s Cave. Laura’s driving was comfortable and she often spotted wildlife and pulled over. The whole experience was flawless and we would highly recommend Laura and her wildlife breaks.Posted on Elaine Rawson2 October 2025Verified The best Scottish wildlife break I could imagine. This was a return visit to Isle of Mull. My husband and I and a friend. During the holiday it was my husband's 70th birthday and couldn't think of a better place to celebrate. We first went two years ago, booking with Mull Wildlife Breaks. It rained, we had tail end of a storm, we saw the island at its foreboding best and loved it. So much so, we returned. What a difference, breezy and sunny and even warm some days. Both holidays we saw an abundance of wildlife, otters, seals, red deer, eagles, hen harrier. Our guide, Laura, was superb. From meeting us at the ferry terminal to comfortably driving us all around the island, the operation was slick with no hitches. Very knowledgeable on her wildlife and of the island. She is personable, friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. On our second visit she welcomed us back like old friends. Our packed lunches prepared by Stephens were amazing and we looked forward to our individual picnic hampers each day. We love Mull and intend to return and of course will book with Mull Wildlife Breaks. Would highly recommend.Posted on Gubby1328 September 2025Verified Stunning Trip We had an outstanding trip, very capably guided by Laura and not forgetting Stevens who provided the very tasty tailored lunchtime hampers. The trip was so enjoyable and Laura’s knowledge allowed the group to learn so much, not only about the local wildlife, but also about life on Mull. We were so lucky with the weather which showed off Mull and the surrounding islands to their absolute maximum. We managed to see a wide variety of wildlife, including Otters, Hen Harriers, Deer, Seals, Dolphins, Minke Whales and Eagles, although they preferred to keep their distance! It was great to be with like minded nature people who also made the trip so enjoyable. Highly recommended.Posted on LizLuton22 September 2025Verified Yes- I would love to do this again! We were met at Craignure and then totally taken care of. Laura, our Guide, was excellent, knowledgable, courteous and fun. Our hotel was very comfortable, although some of the rooms lacked a view and were a long walk from the bar and restaurant. The food choices were comprehensive and the food was tasty and well- presented. Packed lunches were provided every day- to suit individuals. Considering the poor weather, Laura adapted the plans for the best possible experiences. We did not make Staffa and Lunga, but we did get to Iona. The thrill of the trip for me, was seeing otters and a hen harrier. An excellent trip!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
